A new addition at Nivy is a dedicated gluten-free bakery, introducing a unique concept not only in Bratislava and Slovakia but also in Central Europe. For several months, we've been cultivating rice sourdough and experimenting with various recipes, using both Slovak and international gluten-free flours to achieve crispy and delicately airy baked goods.
