You’ll also find traditional Khachapuri – savory cheese-filled pies that you will love from the very first bite. Among the main dishes, we recommend the juicy Adzhikiani – turkey meat with Georgian spices, the spicy beef stew Ostri, the popular Skmeruli – chicken pieces in a creamy garlic sauce, the aromatic rice dish Plov, and homemade Pelmeni filled with meat.
